Assurity Center is a multi-tenant building, designed for maximum flexibility to allow us to make future adjustments in our ever-changing business environment.

Open architecture and raised floors on multiple levels provide expansion and contraction capabilities. Upper floors have few columns, allowing walls to be repositioned. Distribution of electrical, network and HVAC systems below accessible raised floors facilitates reorganization of workspaces as business requirements change.

Systems furnishings afford versatility in planning for future department moves, expansion or reconfiguration. Work stations can easily change shape, size and functionality according to need.

Designed as a multi-purpose space, the cafeteria can provide table seating for 160 for dining. Rearranged with auditorium-style seating, the room provides a venue for gatherings of up to 250 persons.

Tenant office space is provided on the building's fifth floor. The 9.5-acre campus site could accommodate additional construction if future needs warrant.
