Forget about receiving monthly billing statements and hassling with checks, envelopes and stamps – have your payments automatically withdrawn from your bank account.

2. Automatic Credit Card Payment
You may establish your on-going monthly premium payments using your MasterCard or Visa. You’ll like the convenience, and you won’t have to worry about ever being late with a premium payment.

3. One-Time Credit Card Payment
If you’ve forgotten to send your payment this month or you’ve had extra expenses that have unbalanced your bank account, you can call us at (800) 747-7191 ext. 4391 and we’ll take your credit card information over the phone to bring your premiums up-to-date.

Converting Term Life Insurance to Whole Life Insurance

As a valued policyholder, we’re giving you the opportunity to exchange your current term insurance policy for a high-value, affordable whole life policy.

Death Claim

If you have recently lost a loved one, we offer our condolences. We want to see that your loved one’s life insurance benefits are processed as quickly as possible.

The beneficiary, or the person named by the policyowner to receive the policy’s benefits, needs to inform us of the insured’s death.

Please call us toll-free at (800) 747-7191, ext. 4484 with the following information, or contact us by email, and we will send you a death claim form.

Note: The confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to or from Assurity via email cannot be guaranteed.

Please be able to provide the following information by phone or in your email:

• Name of the deceased insured individual
• Policy number
• Date of death
• Your name and relationship to the deceased
• Mailing address for claim papers to be sent
• Your daytime phone number and the best time to reach you
