The AssurePay System
Policy owners now have the option to pay their Assurity bill either online or by telephone using a credit or debit card, or by electronic bank withdrawal (E-check). For your convenience, Assurity accepts Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards.

Payments are generally applied to your policy within two business days, depending on the time payment was submitted. Payments made on weekends or holidays may take longer to post.
Follow these steps to make your payment online:
To start the secure online payment process for policies with numbers and at least one letter (example: Policy No. NC12345), click the button below to access the payment site hosted by US Bank. Note: Any letter(s) in your policy number must be capitalized.
To start the secure online payment process for policies with numbers only (example: Policy No. 1234567), click the button below to access the payment site hosted by US Bank.
If you wish to pay your bill by phone, please call our customer service department at (800) 869-0355 and listen for the appropriate prompt.
(NOTE: At this time, we are unable to accept telephone bill payments for policy numbers including a letter. However, these customers may use the online payment system.)
