Assurity earns ‘Best Customer Service’ from Newsweek for second straight year
2022 rankings include Assurity in life insurance category.
Alongside companies like Amazon, Trader Joe’s, The Ritz-Carlton and Patagonia, Assurity is proud to have earned a spot on Newsweek’s 2022 America’s Best Customer Service list. This is the second consecutive year we’ve been ranked as a top-five brand in the independent survey’s life insurance category.

About Newsweek’s America’s Best Customer Service
America’s Best Customer Service companies were selected based on an independent survey of more than 25,000 U.S. customers who have either made purchases, used services, or gathered information about products or services in the past three years. Customers were asked whether they would recommend brands to friends or family, and to assess brands in the following areas: quality of communication, professional competence, range of services, customer focus, and accessibility.
