Assuri­ty wel­comes Car­los Fer­li­ni to Work­site Sales 

Assurity is proud to welcome Carlos Ferlini as Regional Sales Manager, Worksite. He brings more than 20 years of experience in enhanced benefits in the worksite space, developing relationships with individual producers as well as employers, brokers and agencies.

Carlos will serve as the point of contact for Assurity Worksite Sales in South Texas and both North and South Dakota. In that role, he will manage and develop business relationships with insurance brokers, health and voluntary benefit agencies and individual producers in the worksite space.

Carlos joins Assurity with a great depth of experience in voluntary benefits in addition to recruiting, marketing and management. He is well versed in worksite space technology, including enrollment platforms and admin systems. As a voluntary benefits professional he helps brokers use real world solutions to secure enhanced benefit offerings.

A native of (Southern Ca), Ferlini is now living and working in South Texas.
